    集美集团公司，隶属广州美术学院，是全国艺术高等院校最早成立的设计企业，（具有建筑装饰设计甲级、建筑装饰施工壹级资质）。集团下属：广东省集美设计工程公司、广东集美展览设计工程公司、广东集美雕塑工程公司及各地分部机构。
     集美集团公司开创了由中国人（大陆）自己设计的全国最早的影视广告、最早的五星级酒店、最早的美术馆、音乐厅等先河；进入新世纪以来，集美集团公司深度参与了2010年上海世博会国家馆、主题馆，广州亚运会和深圳世界大学生运动会的视觉系统设计等国家重大文化工程的设计工作。
     集美集团公司成立近30年来，已在建筑、室内、景观、展览展示、广告、产品、服装、陶艺等领域中，拥有国家级专业学会（协会）的副会长、常务理事、理事等社会地位，已成为中国高校系统“产学研”相结合的最成功的典范与标杆，成为南中国乃至全国实力最雄厚且最具特色的文化创意产业基地。

PROFILE OF JIMEI

    Guangdong Jimei Design and Construction Company, affiliated to Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts, are the first design enterprise established by art institution of higher education through-out China. We made the first video advertisement, first 5-star rated hotel, first museum, music hall and etc. ever done by mainland Chinese.
    We participated in depth nationally important cultural events, such as the China Pavilion and Theme Pavilion of 2010 Shaihai World Expo, visual design for 2010 Guangzhou Asian Games and Universiade 2011 Shenzhen.
    Within almost 30 years since our establishment, many of our designers are now holding titles like Deputy Director, Managing Director, member of board of directors in professional societies/associations at national-level in the areas of architecture, interior design, landscape, exhibition display, advertising, product design, fashion design, ceramics and etc. We are the most successful example and a model of combining learning with research and production in China’s educational system, and the strongest cultural creative industry base with unique characteristic in southern China and even the whole country.
